When you get your samples of lemon oils, you can test the oils on styrofoam cups to see which have the most constituents that break down the cup. Lemon essential oils can have a strong lemon smell or very faint but you ca't really tell the how good the oils is.
The lemon essential oils that have that off-lemon smell might have changed the aroma during its extraction but the constituents that actually eat up the cup haven't changed, just the smell of the oil is. I thought before that the most authentic smelling oils would eat the cups the fastest.
